How many hours per week does this involve?

It depends on where you are and what we're building. Typically 5–15 hours per month to start, scaling as needed. You get a senior operator without a full-time headcount.

Do I need to know EOS or Profit First already?

Not at all. I'll introduce the frameworks at the right pace for your business. Some clients have read the books; others are hearing about them for the first time. Either works.

What industries do you work with?

My background is in home services and marketing, but operational chaos looks the same in every industry. If you're a small business under $1M struggling with systems and structure, we should talk.

How is this different from a business coach?

A coach gives you advice. I build the systems. I'm embedded in your business, implementing real operational infrastructure — not just giving you frameworks to figure out yourself.

How many clients do you take on?

A small number at a time — intentionally. This is fractional work, not a coaching program with 50 people in it. When I'm your COO, I'm actually your COO.

What does the first month look like?

We start with a full operations audit — an honest look at what's working, what's broken, and what to fix first. From there we build a prioritized roadmap and get to work.
